After months of practice and invitational competition, Pieper Press staff members Quyen Nguyen, Skya Ortiz, Declan Harrison, and Kimora Sharp and teammate, Alexandra Atkinson put their journalism skills to work at our first ever district UIL Academics meet. Several other students competing in speech, debate, science, math, spelling, current events and social studies joined them on the trailblazing journey.
