Student Opinion: Album of the Year?
The recent release of Heroes and Villains by Metro Boomin featuring Travis Scott, 21 Savage, The Weekend and many other artists has many wondering, “Is this the album of the year?” Kids around campus have their opinions on the subject, but it looks like the album is pretty popular.
“I think it is! Heroes and Villains really brings out another side we haven’t seen before in some of these artists,” water polo team captain Jake Phipps said. “My favorite song from this album is ‘Too many nights.’ I really like the beat and flow of the song,” Jake said
“For me, I think Her Loss with Drake and 21 Savage is album of the year,” sophomore Sydney Nickleberry said. “My favorite song on it is ‘Rich Flex’ because I think it is really catchy.”
“Heroes and Villains without a doubt is the album of the year,” sophomore Cole Barefoot said. “My favorite song on the album was ‘Creepin’. I just really loved the feature,” Cole said.
