Choir students travel to sing
The Choir and Piano students are making it their goal to spread holiday cheer in our community.
On Saturday, December 3rd, they performed Christmas carols at Natural Bridge Caverns for family, friends, and the community. This coming Saturday, the 10th, carolers will also welcome home soldiers traveling into the San Antonio airport.
At these spirited events, students perform classic songs such as “Angels we Have Heard on High,” “We Wish you a Merry Christmas,” and “Joy to the World.”
Mr. Specht, the choir and piano director, has given his students many opportunities this holiday season to show off their talents while participating in community service.
“Our goal is to get out into the community and deliver that Christmas spirit,” Specht said. “We are eventually hoping to grow it into something bigger.”
